We had dinner twice at Bajo el Arbol and were amazed by the quality of the food as well as the creativity of chef Julio. Before moving to Santa Teresa, he was a chef in Spain and had restaurants in both Barcelona and Madrid. You definitely feel this in the marvelous dishes he cooks. This is high end Spanish cuisine. One night we had stuffed Calamares and Pulpo a la Parilla the other night a mix of Tapas that were all amazing. Everything really fresh and tasty. The spanish wine they serve is also a must. Try the Crema Catalana! Given the fact that this is gourmet cuisine, don't expect the size of soda portions. But do expect an awesome culinary experience and a great time!
