Fantastic traditional food for all family, we had beef rendang which was best I've ever had, chicken nyonya..nice and spicy but incredibly tasty.
Forget all the pretentious larger restaurants in the area, this is unassuming and excellent.

We were recommended to visit the Living Room, and we are glad we did. The food was delicious, and very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Altogether one of our favourite restaurants in Batu Ferringhi.

There is also live music (singer and guitarist) on Friday and Saturday nights. I understand the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays.

Small, but hugely friendly, fantastic food and the best restaurant we found in Batu. Far better than the garden restaurant next door if you are looking for friendly service and well cooked local cuisine (with a slight western twist)
Your kids will love the fried ice cream!

It's a fairly innocuous entrance - so please don't miss out and walk by....grab a table and let the friendly staff help you.
The food and surroundings aren't 5* but the staff are warm and inviting and give you some good recommendations.
We had the spring rolls, salt n pepper squid and satay - they were all great - empty plates all round.
We then shared beef rendang, sizzling chicken, pork ribs and red prawn curry. End result again empty plates and full stomachs - the food was excellent.
Desert was some fun ice cream and fritters.
All round it's great food - amazing value and a friendly, warm and inviting atmosphere.
Like I said at the start - don't walk past - you will regret it!!!!
