This hotel is situated 100m from Kaloor metro and is very comfortable place. Rooms are spacious and if you are getting a room facing the road, you get bright sunlight in the morning.
Washrooms are clean, good supply of hot water. Toiletries are of good quality. Bed is comfortable and AC works well.
Staff are very courteous and helpful.
We went to Gokulam Park, Kaloor last Sunday to have dinner and had a great time over there. Arun, the manager over there and his team was really amazing. The food was really good. Arun was always ready in attending to all our needs and felt very comfortable and satisfied.
Delicious affordable buffet in ernakulam…Varities of dishes,desserts, especially paal kappa and fish curry,crushed prawns roast,variety of desserts.Excellent behaviour of the staffs,Especially Mr.Arun( F&B manger) .All behave like a family members not as a staff…very much appreciated😍😍😍
We stayed here for 4 nights - First of all the availability of public transport is excellent - just one step away (50 meter) you can find the main bus stop and the metro station (named Kaloor), The famous Lulu Mall is just 3 stop away from metro. From the hotel you can reach to the Cochin International Airport by a minimum 15 dollar in Uber in 35 to 40 minutes. The breakfast is excellent with lot of Indian and western selections - all are very tasty home made food. Lunch and dinner selections also are very excellent just for 10 dollar you can have a buffet that has more than 25 selections. Rooms are very spacious with all kind of modern / daily basic required amenities.
Now coming to the staff - all staff are very polite, kind and very helpful. They allowed us for a free early check in at 10AM.
My family and I had an exceptional dining experience at Gokulam Park on 10th June 2024. The staff, particularly Anas and Anjitha, provided impeccable service, ensuring the utmost comfort for our elderly parents and ourselves. We truly appreciate their attentive care and commendable service.
