I would urge caution as my daughter broke her foot here after tripping over a mat that was sticking up. Think more could be done to ensure safety so please be careful.

This was our first visit despite living locally, first impressions were good staff very friendly and efficient, we were shown to the party room which was nice however the viewing area was very busy so wouldn’t know how anyone would get out in a fire. My son had food as he was there for a party but they didn’t have much time to actually eat the food before the host was clearing up! Would attend however not on a weekend

Visited first with niece and nephew they had a blast. This is when we found out about the exercise class. It's great fun although exhausting! All staff are really friendly and helpful!

As a treat for our daughters 12th birthday, we took our daughter with five of her friends to Boing in Stourbridge. The receptionist, Phoebe was a great welcome. She was very helpful and kind and we all felt comfortable and excited. Phoebe wished our daughter a happy birthday and played her favourite songs whilst they jumped. Jack was working on the trampolines, he was very professional. As my husband and I were responsible for 5 other children, we felt relieved and assured that they were in good hands. He was happy to demonstrate what they could do and smiled the whole time. The girls felt very relaxed and happy. There is a cafe upstairs where you can see the children playing, I was able to take some great pictures of the girls bouncing all over the place. My husband & I were served our coffee by Chloe, another very friendly, happy girl who danced whilst she was worked. Melody, the manager was sweeping and cleaning and helping everywhere possible. Melody is a fabulous manager. More businesses could do with visiting Boing in Stourbridge to learn how to treat clients and make them feel like they cannot wait to return. The personal touch is almost non existent nowadays. We complimented her numerous times on the wonderful service of her and her team, they seriously exceeded our expectations. We will definately be returning. Who'd have thought we could have had such a fabulous time going trampolining!!!

We visit monthly with our 8 year old son who has ASD. We come on a school day so it’s quiet for him and always phone ahead to check that no parties/groups are booked in. Staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to play with our son and show him new jumps/moves on the trampolines! They’re understanding of his communication difficulties and “bend the rules” for him if it’s very quiet which makes a huge difference for us. We have two toddlers and the playpen upstairs is a useful feature, but unfortunately the cafe is always closed when we come which is disappointing!
