Family of four - Mum, dad, one 4 year old and a mother-in-law. So we got a two bedroom seafront villa for three nights before heli to outer islands. Best rooms to be in are on the left hand side if seafront as the right side has a restuarant between you and the sea blocking the view. Not such a brilliant move by management. Anyway our villa was bigger than some apartments I have lived in so very pleased. We went to the supermarket on the way from the airport and with free breakfast, we hardly spent a cent on food thereafter which is why you pay to stay here. Move between the Westin and Sheraton Fiji next door for swimming and entertainment. All good. Only one complaint and that is breakfast at Feast Restuarant. Put back hash browns and bacon. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time even better.

We have just returned from a 9 day holiday at the Sheraton Villas and really dont have much bad to say. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa which I would recommend particularly if you have young children. The room 905 and 906 was very very spacious, perhaps in need of some redecorating but that would be my only negative comment. Staff were great very very friendly. The breakfast buffet was huge even had pizza and doughnuts for breakfast (my children were in heaven) lots of other healthy alternatives though. Kids club was great we hired a Nanny for $6 Fijian an hou (bargain) r so our 3 year old could go as well and the kids loved it, so did Mum and Dad!!! We ate at all the Sheraton and Westin restaurant and used our SPG privledge card which was a bargain. We had a couple of very small issues one when our room was ready on arrival and one with our airconditioning but all were sorted and we received complimentary bubbles and fruit platters, which was just great. All in all found this hotel very hard to fault, GOOD ON YA SHERATON KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, WE WILL BE BACK - BULA VINAKA!!!

Room tip: Pool villa is great for young children

Because we thought that the Sheraton was brilliant. (Even the beach, the water was so warm!).
The staff were all great, from the reception desk, to the restuarants, gardeners and housekeeping. Always a friendly smile and greeting.
My husband and I had a 2 bedroom villa with our 2 children (10 and 6). We stayed for ten nights. The rooms were very spacious, and were cleaned well everyday. My daughter celebrated her birthday while there, and the breakfast staff sang and presented her with cake and a card.
We had breakfast everyday at Feast. Excellent range in the buffet, my husband especially liked the freshly carved ham.
We also had some buffet dinners at Feast, and the range of food was just as good as breakfast.
The Wet Edge bar ended up being our pool of choice, swim up bar for the adults, excellent lunch snacks for the family (kids ate free). View over the water was amazing.
My son lost his teddy from the room while we were there, and the housekeeping staff were quick to bring Blue Bear back. (He had accidentally gone for a trip to the laundry with the sheets). The housecleaner even tracked me down at the pool to make sure he got back safely!
The kids also enjoyed the Kids Club. Excellent activities to keep them happy.
We really enjoyed the convenience of charging just about everything back to our room, from the Sheraton, Westin and even the golf club.
I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again, and will surely recommend it to anyone.

We went as a family of 2 Adults & 3 kids 3,6,9. We booked a 2bed garden villa but was upgraded to a 2 bed lagoon(pool) villa 907/908. It was great location on the ground floor so we were able to step right out our back door to the pool which was great to be able to sit on the back verandah when my younger one was having a arvo sleep the two older ones could still play in the pool. The rooms were huge with a hotel style room with 2 double beds and lounge, TV, DVD and full bathroom as well as a full kitchen and lounge room with a king size bed room off it with another full bathroom also with 2 more TV and DVD player.
We had a package where the kids ate free but you still had to buy at least one adult meal to be able to access this. We also had a Starwood card which gave us 50% on main meals and 15% off drinks so we were only paying for one adult meal and drinks when we dined out. The food was reasonble price it just looks alot when you see it in Fifian dollars but about the same price that you would pay in city areas at resturants in australia, Alcholic Drinks were a little bit pricey though but hey its a holiday. Our breakfast was included and the buffet was great. We ate at the Moo Moo resturant the food was beautiful - The Feast Buffet ($41 aud) had some different food everynight but not much for kids if they are fussy (no chips, nuggets, burgers etc only pizza) but they made up with it on the deserts - Lunch most times at the wet edge by the pool, fish& chips, burgers, salads and everthing we had was great. We also ate one night at Denaru port at the Italian Resturant the food was nice and it cost about 85aud for 5 with drinks just main meals. There is also a cafe which sells pizza etc for cheapat the resort. The resort was lovey kept very clean and the fijian people are lovey and very friendly and luv kids. We used all the pools at the Westin and Sheraton and have no complaints. The beach wasnt that great only due to the muddy sand but the water was clear and warm
We used the Bulla Bus $7 Adult all day & kids free on one day but prefered to stay at the resort and just relax. We also use the baby siter service for on arvo ($12aud for 3hrs then 3.50 every hr after) my kids loved her. I also had the internet included in my package and it worked fine. We will definately be going back next yr.

We have just come back from The Sheraton Villas, after spending 10 days there.
If you are a golfer, it is great, right across the road from the Villa's.
The staff are so friendly and the service was fantastic. There are plenty of swimming pools for all to enjoy. Also lots of great places to eat and drink. Certainly would go back, especially being so close to Australia.
