We had an amazing stay at the Cliffrose Springdale! The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk to the Zion Park entrance each morning, and walk to dinner at night. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on my booking dates, off by one night. I called to ask for help and DJ offered us a new suite from a recently acquired business next door, at a reduced rate because it's not in the main hotel building. We LOVED our little private area, next door to the hotel, with a full kitchen, living area and separate bedroom and private sitting area outside. Check out the stair steps in the kitchen, perfect spot to put on your hiking boots! Don't turn it down if they offer it to you!

A wonderful stay with a great room and view. A high end hotel for sure but the easy walk to the park and the visitor center along with the quietness of the area in back of the hotel makes it worthwhile.

We tried to dine in the attached restaurant but were told they had no seating left for the evening. We could see empty tables but oh well we ate somewhere else.
They do offer free washers and dryers to do laundry. Unfortunately the night we were there one of the dryers was broken so it took quite sometime to do all of our laundry. I maintenance person came into the room while we were there and we mentioned the broken machine to him. He just said ok thanks then went about his business.

Our room was spacious and large! A full kitchen with two full baths! The master bath was bigger than most hotel rooms! Incredible indeed! The people we encountered at the front desk were as friendly and helpful as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Magnificent views and location. Truly a desert oasis just steps from the visitor center and entrance to Park. Although expensive, the idyllic atmosphere and exceptionally manicured grounds are worth the added price. Would definitely return.
