“Elegant accomodations with stunning views”
Reviewed 30 January 2013 for a stay in May 2011

We've stayed at Flannigan's Villas twice, once renting both villas for a family reunion. Julie's home is spacious and elegant. Fantastic views, well equipped kitchen and a double-sized living room. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner.
The patio offered welcome shade in the afternoon and a great sunny place for morning coffee. I would love to stay here in every season of the year, getting to enjoy the incredible views from the huge windows.
This rental feels like a lovely home....thanks to Julie.

“Fabulous villa in a spectacular location”

Beautifully-decorated villa with fantastic views on three sides. Located a quarter mile from the Zion National Park South Entrance with the towering Watchman cliff in the back yard. A sunny patio with gas grill, lounge chairs and table and chairs overlooks a meadow with regular visits from mule deer. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat, and the large bathroom has a Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Huge, high-ceiling great room has a great gas fireplace that came in handy for cold evenings. Bed is comfortable and location is very quiet. A great restaurant is across the street. One could not invent a better place to use as a base for exploring Zion and Bryce.

“Perfect”
Reviewed 22 June 2012 for a stay in June 2012

My Fiance and I rented both Villa One and Villa Two for a small wedding. Both Villas were amazing in terms of views, cleanliness, and amenities. The Villas were the perfect distance from the entrance of Zion National Park, and allowed all of the guests to relax and explore as they wanted to. The rooms were well appointed and offered everything you would expect from a traditional hotel, pool included (across the street at Flanigans Inn). I didn't want to leave :)

We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town.

“Only downside: we didn't want to leave the house”

Right on main drag across from Flanigan's but very quiet. Big windows w stunning views but very private. After first night of uncertainty feeling like we were in fishbowl, absolutely loved the place. Very centrally located w bus stop just across the driveway/street n 5 min walk to Zion pedestrian entry. If u want to visit Bryce, make it a day trip n stay the week here. Stayed one night in Bryce cabins, which was great in a rustic way- wanted sunset n sunrise pics- but we yearned for the clean space, peace m tranquility of our "villa". Big living room, well stocked kitchen n laundry room makes the price more than acceptable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance but we did breakfasts n lunches in. Recommend picking up most groceries in Hurricane.
