There were roaches in the room food on the walls food under the bed grease on the towels that you use for the floor the whole room was nasty do not stay here at all, for what you received for a room the prices too high they should be giving this room away for free it was a smoking room but outside of that it is not worth it do not stay at this place find somewhere else it's nasty

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am so sorry for the unfortunate incident that you experienced regarding the visit of unwelcome pests in your guest room. We have had the room professionally treated and cleaned, and we apologize that such an unusual situation has occurred. We are so sorry that this is the impression you take with you about our hotel. I want to assure you that we respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regularly scheduled basis.

We take utmost care and caution in terms of the cleanliness of all guest rooms to ensure that it doesn't lead to any kind of suffering or infection to any of our guests. Once again please accept our deepest apology for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. Thank you for letting us know, hence allowing us to improve.

The room I was given had spilled sheets. I spoke with the front desk and was given a different room. The new room has blood on the sheets and blanket. I left the hotel. It should be closed down. The health department should come in and inspect.

The hotel was filthy and unsanitary. We wanted a refund and did not stay at Days Inn. They would not refund our money even though on Bookings. Com it said refundable.
We went to the Hamilton Inn and stayed for the two nights instead. Will never book Days Inn again or use Bookings.Com again

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the situations you encountered during your stay. Please know, your description of your stay is highly unusual and does not represent the high standards we aim to achieve. We have implemented many new guidelines and procedures for cleaning in our hotel rooms.  We focus on "high touch" areas that could harbor germs, and have implemented additional cleanings of those areas, in addition to other steps we are taking around the hotel, to protect our guests and staff members.

The staff here is amazing! Room is always clean and welcoming! Calm and quiet location! Plenty of shopping as well as restaurants near by. They are working on updating the location and recently fixed the parking lot.

No breakfast so expensive and bugs still everywhere. Told i havebto et smokeing whixh ia mos expensive and im trying quit being required to go outside would really help me with this but nope wont let me
