Took a quick trip out of town with my son for his birthday. Hotel and staff were great! Covered parking was great too, especially since it was cold and rainy! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!More

This is a wonderful, fun hotel. High quality decorations, towels, sheets and overall experience. Well worth the cost. Parking was only $10 which was a great surprise for being basically downtown. Staff was friendly and Awesome.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Very upbeat and fun decor. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive and responsive. Location was convenient to everything. I will definitely stay here again

The decor of this hotel was quite different however it was very clean, quiet, & comfortable. I want to thank the staff for being very nice & helpful. Awesome place to stay! Close to downtown with many options for going out.

None of the other guests were wearing masks, more were they required to. Same goes for most of the staff(below nose and mouth). No mini fridge despite room cost and decor which clashes violently w/ self

My stay was the first time ever (in my ~2,000 hotel nights) that I asked to check out after checking in.
In short:
-No COVID protocols were observed
-There were drunk individuals throughout the hotel
-Safety was a substantial concern. Conditions materially deteriorated between check in at 5 PM and leaving the room at 5:40 PM for dinner.
I was traveling with my family, which consisted of my wife and 2 kids (3 and 9 months).
Upon check-out, the front desk stated that they had “lost control of the hotel” and had already called in additional staff and security.
I tried to privately reach out to the hotel prior to this review, but did not received a response.
