The Westin in Cincinnati leverages a restaurant on the first floor. The people running that restaurant were incredibly rude. In my 25+ years of traveling, I have never encountered such rude and miserable people. If it was one person, I wouldn't post this message. Considering it was two, it tells me this is a poorly managed restaurant lacking management oversight and customer centricity. Very surprised such a reputable chain as Marriott would encourage their customers to visit such a horrible restaurant.

Pros ...

- beds and bedding were very comfortable

- Location was great

Cons...

- Desk attendant was rude up until he realized my husband and I were Titanium members

- No concierge lounge, no lobby lounge

- No water for the room

- Fridge in room barely kept our drinks cold. No dial in fridge to adjust temperature

- Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain

I had a great time while at the Westin. Tina Summers offered exceptional service and was beyond helpful! She was very friendly and made the hotel stay pleasant. Hopefully the Westin will continue with quality service into the future.

We came on Saturday night and checked out Monday night. As soon as the staff heard it was our wedding night they bumped us up to the honeymoon suite free of charge! Tanesha helped us and was amazing. She even took some pics of us with our wedding dress on. The room was very nice spacious. The hotel itself (lobby area) was something that seemed a little outdated however.

I would like to shoutout Tanesha the lady at the front desk! She really went above and beyond I definitely would book at this hotel again. I felt welcomed. Due to Covid guidelines this hotel has really followed through with that.
