The treats in this Patisserie remind me of when I was in Italy. The desserts are all amazing and look like little pieces of art. Everything here is so delicious. I haven't tried the coffee yet, but always get baked goods and sorbet and it never disappoints.

The environment is really relaxing and casual. The staff is very friendly and patient when it comes to trying free samples of the sorbet. This place is definitely a must when we are in Walla Walla.

I have frequented this establishment for years. When I have visitors from out of town, we take a walk over to the 'Patiss' (as many locals endearingly call it) for fantastic coffee and pastries. When I crave the best gelato in town, we stop by the Patiss, which always boast an ever-changing array of flavors. This is also the classic cafe study spot in town for local college kids. Their croissants and their pain au chocolat is also to die for. In short, you can't go wrong when coming here!

We visit here way too often. The freshly made pastries are divine and the coffee is nice. There is some variation in how the chai is made, one staff member makes it either way too strong with the chai mix or way too weak. He also leaves about 2+ inches in the cup if you get a cold brew without ice. The rest of the staff seems to have perfected their technique and are why we keep returning. The atmosphere is lovely and somewhat kid friendly.

Visited Colville multiple times for studying, coffee, food, etc. Excellent coffee every time. Very trendy coffee shop with music, lighting, etc. Also great outdoor seating. The large variety of pastries is also excellent.

The patisserie is the first place I ever had kouign amann - and it's still one of the best! Their other pastries are good as well, and the coffee and gelato too. Interesting cold case with local organic veggies you can buy to boot!
