I stayed the 3rd time in this premier location hotel but was overall disappointed ! Prices have doubled but comfort and service have been cut in half :-(

Everything is old, tired and worn. Bathroom is like a shoebox, no lanai furniture in my room, no microwave in room and housekeeping came only every second day… Parking cost are horrendously high and you wait quite a while for your car. Pool is very small but you don’t need the hotel pool as the beach is just across the road.

Prime location, direct Ocean and sunset view from Oceanfront room. Waikiki beach restaurants and shopping right downstairs and in waling distance. The car rental is also very easy to get from the hotel.

Absolutely great hotel in the perfect location
The rooms are very clean and tidy and there was plenty of space for us there is a shop on level one for all your bits and pieces and a cafe and take away and some other shops towards the front of the building
There’s a restaurant and bar on level 3 which serves good food and drink
The hotel staff were very polite and friendly

Room tip: The hotel provides 2 water bottles to refill from water dispensers in the hotel and sun cream is available from reception

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had mailed my sons medical supplies weeks in advance and the hotels managers were unable to locate them until I had our travel agent call. Hotel had great views of the waterfront and a close walk to the beach. A kids meal at Tikis was $18 and was disgusting. Processed fake chicken and some fries that could break a tooth. We would have gave the hotel a higher rating itself had it not been for the abundant amount of homelessness around the hotel and in the setting areas on the 1st floor. My 3 yo was trying to eat lunch and we had homeless men trying to take her plate. We did not leave the hotel after dark. Even the park next to the hotel was overran and smelled like marijuana and all the benches were taken with people sleeping and begging. Not exactly what we had expected for our small children.
