Attitude of front desk person is bad. Asked for sending a kettle and slippers but never sent. Elevator always a long wait. Free breakfast doesn’t taste good at all. Bad room views. Will never return again.

I booked the Corner Deluxe Studio Ocean View for 4 days. The majority of the staff was very unfriendly. I did not receive one greeting of any kind. No "Aloha", "hello", "how's your day", "welcome". Nothing, the entire stay! When I checked in, I asked if there was anything nice to do in the area for my birthday (which was the day I checked in) and he replied, with slight annoyance " Well.. you already have a nice room". He gave me my keys and pointed to the elevator. He didn't tell me which floor or how to get to my room. He barely said a word upon my check in. The room was clean. The housekeepers were sweet. The concierge was extremely unhelpful. He would only suggested things to do on the days I was not going to be there after repeatedly telling him which days I was there. Then, after telling him I was allergic to eggs he suggested I try eating at "Eggs and Things" across the street -_- When I checked out there was no one at the front desk. I said "hello?" a few times then a man appears from around a corner after a few minutes. I asked him how his day was twice (to make a point) then after a long stare he simply says "checking out?". Then i say " I realize no one here likes the answer 'how's your day', or ask it, or say hello" He replies "Room number?" as he rolls his eyes. He never answered the question and seemed pretty upset that i bother him. Waikiki Beach Resort was a horrible experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.
