My husband and I stayed here for 8 days. Staff were very friendly and helpful!! Pool was lovely and just a short walk to the beach. ABC store and several restaurants were very close. Other restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

Our room was clean - could do with an update, but I understand this is happening soon. Beds were very, very uncomfortable. Restaurant/pool area could use more variety in their menu.

Limited housekeeping - which we didn't mind too much as the staff always responded very quickly when we needed clean towels, extra blankets, etc. Only complaint was we had a beverage spill in our room and when we called to report this and asked for housekeeping to assist, they said housekeeping would clean after we left. Wish it could have been cleaned while we were there.

We would stay again (if beds have been updated).

Even though the pool looks great, the rooms of this hotel are dated and the beds are really hard. I did not like that the beds are so low to the ground. There is no housekeeping while your stay, which I did not like as we were there for a week. You have to take out your own garbage outside your door and call for pick up. Even though the beach looks near, its a little far walk (if you have small children) I would stay at a different location next time I visit Hawaii

This hotel doesn't put blankets on their beds. Just sheets. oh well. Also the resort fee is exorbitant, and they just tell you to your face that they won't be cleaning the room at all while you're staying there. It seems ironic to charge someone a fee to make it clear that you're definitely at a high end resort, but then also tell them to just suck it up and accept that you're paying major premiums for a lesser level of service. It's hard to wrap your mind around.
