Our fourth time at Outrigger on the Beach Waikiki and never disappoints. Easy check in and checked us in at 10am, super friendly staff. Duke’s has cl great buffet breakfast and very relaxed casual dining. Storage of long boards right on the beach makes it easy to rent and store a board to go out so easy to the surf. Love it all. Great location

We was come to Hawaiian Wedding Anniversary may 2022 and stay Outrigger Waikiki Resort 2 weeks
Both have Medical problem with legs , so most stuff was polite, help full, very nice

we check out room and ask Bellman help bring our 2 luggage from lobby to car Main Street Kalakaua Ave
,where our Lady Friend come pick us up to driving to airport
Bellman --Jiro Kim come -- put our luggage to stroller ,we pay him tips
He bring our 2 bugs --to Main Street - leaving in curbs to street --and we ask put luggage to car , then Jiro Kim start yelling , say its driver job carrying luggage to car , not his job,
We try explain --its not comercial transportation, just Lady Friend , plus we pay you tips ready for carrying our luggage to car , He keep yelling < " next time take taxi --driver will help you with luggage -its not my job :"
We ask return tips, You not doing Your job !!!

We stayed for 10 nights in room 408. Terrible, no sleep for 10 days as the noise from the Main Street is full on. Can hear the buskers over the Tv and the noise and cheering/shouting goes until well after 11 pm. Maybe double glazing would help but I doubt it. Noisiest place I’ve ever stayed.
The pool is small but adequate to cool off, lucky the beach is right there only a few steps away. Dukes breakfast was pretty average, lucky we had free vouchers because if I paid for it I wouldn’t be happy. In fact lucky I got this hotel for a good price because if we paid full price I would be so angry. Staff were lovely and the housekeeping staff were especially gorgeous. Ricky , the guy that checked us in was very nice too. King Bed was comfy, towels were good quality and Tv a decent size. Rooms are clean but dated now , elevators are a bit slow and clunky. We come to Oahu every year and won’t come back here that’s for sure.
