This is a beautiful place to spend a night. We were in the apartment on the second floor, which has a full kitchen, full bath, a large bedroom with queen bed, and a small bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a large living room full of books, games, puzzles, etc.
The first floor has a bath but no kitchen and is divided up. There is also a lower bedroom in a separate building outside just to the west. The view from there is great. It is a separate rental, and has no kitchen or bath.
There is a "bunk house" built before 1800. It has ten rooms, one of which has been finished as a bedroom. It is large and has a table, but no bath or kitchen.
The people in the bunkhouse and the lower bedroom have to use an outside bathroom which is about 100 feet from the lower bedroom and maybe 30 feet from the bunkhouse. They can cook on outdoor grills.
Drinking water is brought in and resides in a large five gallon tank in each apartment and bedroom. That's fine. Other water is collected from rain or pumped and is not potable.
There is no wifi or internet. Cell phones work. This is a beautiful glorious place and is absolutely worth spending a night if you can swing it.
