We have just visited the Grand Canyon area at the start of April, we had no idea it was going to be spring break and didn't look for accommodation to stay out there in time so decided to stay in Flagstaff. This hotel was excellent, beautifully presented, easy to find, friendly staff happy to help in any way they could. We didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant so am not able to comment but did enjoy the pool facilities and internet access. Would recommend to all and was very reasonably priced (found it on priceline.com). Almost forgot, they have these awesome beds that you can adjust your individual matress to the firmness you would like AMAZING after a long day walking the Grand Canyon!

Thank you for posting your "pro/con' list of your recent stay at the Radisson! One note -- though we aren't 'the most glamorous area' of Flagstaff... many guests love that we are in the pines, but close enough to downtown and NAU for easy, quick access. We look forward to seeing you on a future visit!

We stayed here one night on a Living Social deal. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to things. We had a king suite with a sleep number bed that didn't work properly, and the TV was crap. Poor picture plus the remote wouldn't work most of the time. Otherwise, the room was clean and adequately appointed.

We appreciate your comments and feedback. We are surprised about the TV comments as we've recently replaced all TV's with new flatscreen's and HD programming. We understand issues do occur and hope guests let us know if they experience any issues in the guestrooms so that we have an opportunity to resolve the problem prior to departure. Thank you again for taking the time to post your review (and purchase the Living Social deal! We have a new one coming out soon!!) We will be contacting you to get more specific feedback about the guestroom. Thanks again and safe travels.

There were small issues with our room when we arrived. We didn't have any facial tissues, the battery for one Sleep Number Bed remote was dead, and one of the phones didn't work. The staff took care of them quickly. They even provided me with a complimentary toothbrush when I discoved I forgot to pack mine. The staff were friendly and responsive overall.

It is conveniently located on Route 66 a short drive from I-40. We didn't get much traffic noise, but I could hear the trains from about 1/3 a mile away. My wife and kids didn't even notice them, though. Our room was near the ice machine. The small aluminum ice buckets make quite a racket when being filled with ice (and they will only hold one beveridge can or bottle). It sounded like we were staying near a slot machine that was paying out dollar-sized slugs. Our room was also near the elevator, and one group apparently thought they had the whole floor to themselves and held discussions near the elevator in the morning and evening.

Parking can be a problem at times as the banquet and meeting room facilities are used for wedding receptions, business meetings, seminars, etc. Apparently the hotel is also used by adventurers and road warriors as I saw trucks and SUVs with trailers taking up to 5 parking spaces each.

Room Tip: Stay away from the elevators and ice machines (rooms that end with a 15 to 19)

After a long day at the Canyon, my daughter enjoyed having the Wifi connection she needed and a very realxing room. My granddaughter and I found the pool and hot tub----wonderful way to end the trip.
