Although we stayed only for two nights, the experience was pleasant enough. I did not have high expectations reading from the reviews, so I was not disappointed and even had a pleasant surprise when we got upgraded. Everyone was friendly even the guests in the elevator, which could get crowded but everyone just squeezed in.

fantastic place staff was great , this was the only hotel or motel in this area that handled my special accommodations and needs appropriately I needed an early check in, staff gave me a straight answer about how and when the were professional and courteous and most of all they accommodated me !!! great stay recommend clean neat quiet and good restaurant in back of the place (walk) with great food and drink specials !

The room we were given had a faint smell of cigarettes, like an old car service. We checked in very late so we did not make an issue of it at the time. The breakfast was sub-par, very basic. I have had better at Holiday Inn Express. We had the pool to ourselves which was nice.

As you can see from our other reviews this is not the norm for our property, did you tell the front desk on your way out about the issue in your guest room? We would like to solve any issues before our guests leave the property to make up for a less than perfect stay. Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for enjoying nearby attractions. When I arrived, there was no wait to check-in. Moments later, I discovered that I had forgotten to pack a personal item. The concierge had the item on hand and offered it immediately at no charge.

We have a family of five and were able to fit into one room. Staff was really nice and gave us snacks and drinks as Hilton Honors members. Made the kids happy and we enjoyed our stay there. We would stay there again if we pass by that area.
