My husband and I have been traveling to Northern New Mexico--Santa Fe and Taos--for over 30 years. One of the challenges we have had is having enough meals in one trip to enjoy all the restaurants we love! Almost every trip, though, we visit La Choza. I find their red chile to be among the very best, and love the carne adovado. The prices are reasonable and the service has always been great.
