The location and layout are great. Matt especially is very helpful and friendly.
However, it just doesn't quite make a great hotel. 1st, although it has a microwave/refrigerator and small dining table, it doesn't have the utensils and for some reason what it has is all spoons.
We really would have appreciated a couple sets as well as a couple sets of glasses as room not refreshed each day.
As I said, the location is ideal-two blocks to Canyon Road and three to the main square and in Santa Fe, not having to find a place to park is a big deal. We had some packages sent and Matt took care of them. Also, Santa Fe had a major moth infestation and when they got into our room, Matt moved us.

Room Tip: We were in a standalone building with four rooms. Two were on the street and two in back. I'd ta...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay last week in Santa Fe~ Your are right! Being just off Canyon Road and the plaza makes all the difference in the world coming to Santa Fe. (Come back again for Spanish or Indian Market. You will not have to move your car!)

I am sorry you had to hit Santa Fe during a massive moth happening. I have lived here 30 years and do not ever remember having to dodge the little darlings ever like the week you were here! And thank you for bringing it to my attention that the forks and knifes had migrated out of your suite! Next visit, remember you can call us anytime for more of anything to re-freshen your room. Thank you for understanding Santa Fe's high desert water restriction and ordinance for not changing out towels or linens unless you need them more then every other to every third day to conserve Santa Fe's most precious resource, water. Remember too, for an added ad on at time of booking or during your stay, we can add daily refresh and housekeeping to your stay. Just let us know so we can alert Angelica.

Next time, for your longer stay, we might recommend upgrading from the hotel style suites you chose into one of our Honeymoon, one or two bedroom little homes! I can not tell you how many guests begin their first stay with us in one of our hotel style suites and we see them their following stays in the full suites with living rooms, full modern kitchens, and dining areas. I know for myself any stay away from home make me want a full set up past a couple- three nights. We have some guest taking the larger suites for up to two to four weeks at a time once they enjoy them.

We enjoyed having you here, and look forward to you time here in the future!

We just got back from a trip to Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Miss it already! In Santa Fe we stayed at the Casa de Tres Luna in the Harvest Moon Suite for 5 nights. We are so glad we chose this place. Our stay started out with an early check-in which we greatly appreciated! The suite felt like home immediately. The rooms were beautiful, warm and welcoming. Loved the decor, the privacy and the special touches like: complementary bottle of wine (which we unfortunately did not drink as we are not wine drinkers but a very nice touch all the same), juices, oatmeal, granola bars, popcorn, tea, great cookware, wide variety of cable channels (we choose not to have cable at home so this was a real treat for us). We made use of the BBQ in the courtyard one night as well. We slept soundly in the separate bedroom and appreciated the walk in closet. Bathrobes and first rate bathroom amenities were appreciated. The location is amazing...you can walk anywhere downtown from this place and if you need to drive north to Taos (which we did), the highway access is very close as well. We did some hiking during the week so really appreciated coming "home" to relax afterwards.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back if we are lucky enough to return to Santa Fe!

We just spent three nights at the Casa de Tres Lunas. It was a lovely, cozy, comfortable place we would definitely visit again. The bed was great, the room very pretty, and the amenities designed to make our stay almost like being home. It was an easy walk to the Plaza. Parking in the back was very convenient. Just keep in mind that you get housekeeping and fresh towels only if your stay is more than four nights.

Thank you.

It was wonderful to have you here and please thank your realtor (as we will) for referring you to us. We love the fact that we can host people coming in to town to explore buying homes, and allow them the true historical downtown experience while doing so. If you are not already working with a realtor we are happy to help you get arranged for as well as any other of the attractions in town with a little notice. Staying at Casa de Tres Lunas is a great way to try on authentic old Santa Fe as you are looking about, and entertaining becoming our next new neighbor! We love having you. And yes, we offer room refreshing after your third night to brighten up longer stays, and full cleans and new linens if we are fortunate to have you stay as our guests longer than seven nights. We have many guests that use our place as their Land of Enchantment Home away from Home. Santa Fe is a high desert, and we are grateful to our incoming guests helping us to be sensitive to water conservation, trying to use linens and towels for more than one day, per our city ordinances. We are always happy to provide you with special needs for fresh linens and towels as the needs arise between refreshing. With gratitude. Please come again soon.

My daughter and I were looking at colleges in Santa Fe, and we spent a week together, in a cozy room with a beautiful, large fireplace and a soft yet firm bed, where we fell right asleep. It was so quiet and we had a lovely time sitting outside on the patio furniture. There was a nice back yard. The kitchenette was very nice, and we had enough coffee to last our whole stay. The cottage was very convenient to the mountains and the dowtown area. Everything was very, nicely displayed and it was evident that much thought was taken to creating a welcoming room. We would recommend this room, wholeheartedly.

Room Tip: Clean and aesthetically pleasing

Shea, it was great to have you here. As much as you enjoyed the Inn, we enjoy even more when people come in and feel at home. We look forward to your next visit to Sana Fe, and hope you daughter found just the perfect school for her next steps in life.

We got married in Santa Fe with just immediate family and wanted to find a place where each couple and their family could have some space and privacy, yet we could still have the feeling of being all together. Also, we wanted to be able to cook meals and share them altogether to cut down on cost, keep from gaining a million lbs, and just for more relaxing flexibility. This was the most perfect place for all of those needs! We all LOVED it! It was comfortable and had everything you would have at home in the kitchens, rooms, etc. But it was also very elegant and well decorated, felt tasteful. We all sat around the fire pit one night with a glass of wine, shared a dinner with all 12 people in the largest living room another, and even had our champagne toast and wedding cake in this same area too. The place is so close to the main plaza, its nuts. Less than a five minute walk. The caretaker was very nice and helpful, yet gave everyone space. He was great! It was affordable and private. We felt our special weekend went perfectly and a great deal of it had to do with our stay here. We are very happy with this place!

We truly enjoyed your time here and your wedding process here at the Inn. It was truly fun to be a part of this event. Please send us some of the pictures you took the nice of your wedding. We would like to put them on our site and in our family scrapbook here at the Inn.

See you on your next trip!
