Roaches in bathroom. My last morning of three nights turned on the light to see a roach on my toothbrush. I packed up and reported it to front desk. Their computers were down so I could only get an emailed receipt. I showed picture and video to clerk on duty. She only said she was sorry. I feel they should have done more.

In my opinion this property needs a remodel. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, front desk Sarah said "oh that's just left over from when your floor was our smoking floor"..... how long ago was that? Cigarette burn holes in curtains. Bugs in light fixture of bathroom light. Bath sink slow to drain, finally would not drain, plumber had to come and unstop it. Iron didn't work, they did bring one that worked finally. Plug in bathroom didn't work. Bathroom door had a huge repaired hole .... just a horrible patch job. Looks like swat team rammed it or someone put their fist thru it. Canned ceiling light over bar hanging out of ceiling over wet bar. This was a king suite which we paid extra for, king bed, wet bar, m/w, fridge, sitting area, huge bathroom. I opine that it was not worth the money. The tub was stained, really just needed a good cleaning. Puddle of urine on bottom. Of toilet stand.

Your employees from the Registration desk to the Shuttle Driver were and are very professional employees. Your company should be very proud or the employees and the attention they give to each and every guest. The Hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, and the atmospher is great. I will definately be back. And I love that it is so close to the airport.

We were placed under a mandatory evacuation from Houston this past week due to Hurricane Harvey! Anyone who travels with pets knows that La Quinta is their best friend! They were the 1st hotel I called and was able to secure a room.

During normal conditions La Quinta has multiple canines frequenting their properties. During a natural disaster it became an ongoing parade of pets through the lobby! The hotel did a great job of handling all of us.

The property was well maintained despite the high occupancy and unusually high number of pets at the property. Someone always seemed to be vacuuming or cleaning something. Most pet owners seemed to be doing a good job of picking up after their pets. The hotel even provided a mini relief area in a back corner with poo bags if you didn't have any.

All employees were always smiling and happy to help. Some even taking the time to stop and pet your dog or tell you how cute they were. The employees had every right to be tired and stressed due to the conditions, but they never let it show.

They provided a hot breakfast every morning. Always well stocked and plenty of choices from cereals to fruits to breads, waffles, eggs and sausage.

They offer a hotel gym. 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills and free weights. Well maintained equipment. All 4 pieces were working. Typically had the gym to ourselves each day.

Walmart is within walking distance. That came in handy.

Lastly, we had an incident one evening in the outdoor courtyard. We took our 2 mid size terrier mixes outside before bedtime via the terrace area. There were 3 adults, 2 pre school children and 2 100+ pit bulls. The owners were not restraining their dogs and unfortunately our dogs were attacked. The owners did not do anything to de-escalate the situation. Once we were able to safely remove our dogs from the situation and return inside we notified the hotel staff. They immediately responded with 2 employees to address the intoxicated adults outside. Another employee offered assistance with our dog if injuries were identified. Fortunately all's well that ends well and our dog will be fine. We appreciated LQ's prompt attention to the matter.

Thank you LQ for helping make our mandatory evacuation during Hurricane Harvey as stress free as possible. Great job by your team!

We live in aransas pass as soon as the mandatory evacuation was said. We started to look for hotels having pets is hard to find a place to stay.I was do happy la quinta was pet friendly.staff great rooms clean good free breakfast.Thai a great place to stay with family
