I booked a room for one night 179.00 when we are checking out my husband work for the goverment and we ask if we can get a discount they said its too late we need to booked on line to get a discount. and breakfast not included for that price he said but if I booked on line I will pay 103.00dollars and includes breakfast, just annoying that you can not give a deal that leave here in tucson disappointed really, then the food they serve for dinner is really terrible, nasty, not organize no plates, food all over the serving area I did not even eat I tasted but I cant eat it. we do business with you guys every year this is the first time this happen. We speak highly and the standard that westin la paloma you failed us and specially me this year. This is a bad exprience with La Paloma you will get more reviews guarantee.

Thank you for the feedback as it allowed me the opportunity to look at where a gap may exist. I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and hope to have the opportunity to recover. Without knowing your particular circumstances, I can tell you that any guest that were to book through Starwood.com and not a third party, could make the change in a reservation up to arrival. That said, I am sorry that your particular reservation was deemed unchangeable and as a result, you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest. I would ask that you contact my office directly so we can discuss further and I may have the opportunity to offer a solution. Having a business conference in Tucson I looked for a Westin property in the area and found La Paloma. I knew from experience that being in the Westin chain would make La Paloma a great resort, but this property exceeded my expectation. My pre-arrival email included the usual form letter, but also a personal note from one of the directors asking if there was anything he and his team could do to make my stay memorable. I responded, not believing that I would get a personal response - not only did I get the personal response I got the wonderful weather I had requested. The staff at La Paloma from valet, pool, front desk, to restaurants are highly skilled at customer service. Everyone was genuinely friendly and engaging. I will return!

We stayed at the La Paloma with our daughter this April vacation and our first experience was more than we could ask for. I phoned the resort to see if we could have an early check in and the women on the phones said it was no problem, When we arrived the woman that checked us in Danea Norris was the same person I spoke to and remembered me, she got us the best room available and we took her suggestion on the room. We had a beautiful sunset every night overlooking the golf course and the mountain. We we spent the day by the pool there was always an available chair, they pool attendants were always around but did not bug you. The J bar is a must when you visit. Thank you for a wonderful time at your resort.
