“Hospitality and Class”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2012

Sally's Cactus Cove bed and breakfast is my favorite new destination for good company, reading, healthy but elegant food and a sound sleep --- all of which put me in a great frame of mind and body to hike. The pergola-covered outdoor "room" (aka the Ramada) puts this bed and breakfast into an entirely different category for people who do not want to stay cloistered in a bedroom in the evening. Think: private resort.
The location is perfect for this quiet, hiking-oriented couple.

Talk about class. You two have that Kansas City Class. So great to talk with you about Kansas City, where I grew up. So very close to where you now live. Such a beautiful place. Looking forward to your return.

We spent years visiting Tucson and staying at a nearly-perfect B&B called "Coyote Crossing" , which closed a few years ago when the owners moved to California. We tried other B&B's, some of which were nice, but none were like our latest discovery, the "Cactus Cove" operated by owner Sally G. There are a number of elements necessary to make a perfect stay, and Cactus Cove was perfect on every element: Location, View, Tranquility, Gourmet Breakfasts, Lively Conversations, and attention to every detail. This stay rekindled our affection for the great American Southwest, and we thank Sally for that!

So glad you found me in the desert. It was my privilege to have you stay at Cactus Cove. Great that we talked to your former B and B owner, Sylvia. Look forward to your next visit dear friends.

Thank you Sally for a wonderful time at your B&B. We loved your breakfasts , the sweet conversations, and the warm and welcoming environment you've created there. Our room was well equiped, clean , inviting and your true kindness was best of all. We'll be back again.

Thank you for staying at Cactus Cove. This was a very busy time in Tucson. 40,000 more people came during the Gem Show. Which was when you were here. It is harder to get around then. Look forward to you returning at a slower time.

A very nice place to stay. Very clean, quiet and relaxing with an attentive and friendly inn keeper. Breakfasts were excellent and the facilities are well maintained with excellent views and a desert environment.
