This place is unexciting. The Pho soup was seasoned with cilantro and not basil. The service was good and fast.

They have great Pho and other Vietnamese/Asian foods. My son loves their Orange Chicken and I love their Spring Rolls. The only thing missing is Delivery...sure wish they had it!! :)

Ha Long Bay is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. I have eaten there as well as used them for take out. The menu has many choices and everything is tasty and the food is plentiful as well.

Ordered Diamond Shrimp as an appetizer. Dry, tasteless. Main course Lettuce Wraps with chicken. Supposedly grilled and seasoned with lemon grass among other herbs. Plate came with large wet leaf lettuce leaves, 4 thick slices of cucumber, three thin half slices of tomato, a cilantro sprig with three leaves, two nice sprigs of mint. The kicker however the chicken. Well, they said it was chicken. I'm going to guess under 2 ozs. of very thin, pale brown, stringy, tasteless, slices of mystery meat cut into 1" square strips. Inedible even with liberal dashes of the side sauces. Just to make sure I wasn't being a pain had my partner taste the "meat" in search of any elusive hint of lemon grass. He has an excellent palate. Nada. His "spicy fish" was fried tilapia in a bog standard sweet sauce with the slightest hint of heat. We ordered a bottle of wine. Were brought two glasses. Politely declined. After some discussion a young man came back with an open bottle and said one of the glasses had been poured from that bottle. The other from a bottle now finished. Fine. No problem. When we got the bill we were charged for a bottle ( which we didn't finish) of wine plus an extra glass. Upon questioning the bill, the extra glass charge was removed.
Restaurants come and go in this town. Unless this place gets its act together I see a short future.
