Citizens of Tucson - you need to go to Sinbad's! Surrounded by University shops, you would think this place would be packed. The prices are very reasonable, the service is very friendly, you can sit outside in a shady courtyard, the food arrives quickly, the food is special, and they have an amazing selection of foreign beer and wine. Evidently students cater to the chains and fast food while our Tucson citizens go elsewhere. This place is truly a gem. First I recommend the Lithuanian beer, Baltijos ‘Dark Red’. Then the combo sampler - be sure to get the babaganouge, the labneh, and the loubeia. For dinner their special is the Mansaf - and layered dish of lamb shank, fermented dried yogurt, rice and pita at the core. It's the national dish of Jordan and you must try it. Amna, our hostess was rightfully very proud of the dish. Unfortunately we ordered too much food so we could not try the desserts, but we have another excuse to return.

Fed my family of 5 (3 teenage boys) late lunch on a Tuesday. Few patrons. The food was cooked fresh. We all enjoyed it. Would return.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio at mid-day on a beautiful Sunday, and we enjoyed our food - once we got it. My kibbe pita was good, and my wife's gyro salad was quite good. Both had good portions of fresh-made meat - which is not always what you get at a Lebanese restaurant. Our server was pleasant and tried hard to please, and the prices were average for what we got. But, although we were not looking for "fast food", the 45+ minutes to get our sandwich and salad seemed exceptional, especially since there was only one other table of patrons evident.

We were first excited about dining Mediterranean, but when we walked in our eyes started burning from all of the hookah smoke. The menu looked great, but the smoky atmosphere was not for us. We left right away.

My wife and I have eaten here several times and we have never been let down. The prices are moderate and the food very good. Located in a small park in the university section of town, the setting is peaceful. In Tucson, finding a quiet, tree-shaded location
is a wonderful break. Instead of the usual, burger joints typically found around a university, this is a welcome alternative.
