Sherrie was very helpful and we enjoyed being in Casa Tranquila. It was a very nice home away from home.
My brother and I needed a quiet and comfortable place away from wives and children to catch up. This was the place. The entire experience was excellent.
The two-bedroom, two-bath residence sits in a neighborhood near major in-town traffic arteries, but there was nary a sound that reached inside the residence. Surveying the property upon arrival, my brother noted the various security devices (motion sensors, etc.) as he had recently added these things to his own home. I am an old USMC cook, and I surveyed the kitchen with interest. I report it fully equipped with a full panoply of small appliances, tools, pots, pans, dishes - the works. Same with the bedrooms.
September in Albuquerque can be quite warmish. The A/C worked very well. The TV worked very well. The internet stopped working, making streaming TV impossible. But, Sherri responded promptly to a query, contacted the ISP and satellite TV company, and within 15 minutes all was well.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a safe, quiet, immaculate, comfortable residence for a few days in Albuquerque.
Near Nob hill, in a residential zone, stores nearby. For our needs this was perfect size for 2. Beds comfortable. Sherrie replied promptly to any questions.
Very comfortable, traveled with my husband and mother. Large enough to feel like we each had enough privacy, very quiet, no outside noise (except the thunder), the garage made it extremely handy for not getting wet during the thunder storms. Convenient location, easy access to a great selection restaurants and the downtown area was close by. We really enjoyed out stay and would love to come back.
