Stayed here April 7 - 9, 2011. Reserved a standard room for $117 plus tax, allowed to upgrade to a two room suite for $142 + tax, glad we did. Great tiled shower with seat and rain pan shower head. Bed comfortable, suite had a fridge and two TVs. Nice court yard in back of the hotel and a fitness room. Upscale roof top lounge with great view of the city, mixed drinks $10, my Marble IPA was only $4. Walking distance to a few good restaurants but not much else. I recommend the Grove Cafe, Farina Pizza, and The Standard Diner. Breakfast was included. Very nice. Coffe, tea, pastry, yogurt, cereal, fruit, donuts and hot quiche daily. Coffee and tea on each floor. Also the hotel shuttle will drop you off and pick you up with in a five mile radius! Overall a great hotel.

Room Tip: We had room 223 a two room suite on the west side. Ideally you want a room facing the front of the...

Dear ladinks,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us at Hotel Parq Central. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your upgrade to a suite and found the room to be comfortable. The courtyard is in bloom this time of year and quite lovely; we are so happy you were able to enjoy the grounds and also the view of Albuquerque from the Apothecary Lounge. We are always delighted when our guests explore the local scene by visiting the restaurants surrounding the hotel and also utilizing the shuttle service to take in a bit more of the city. We are glad that you enjoyed the coffee service on the floors each morning and the complimentary breakfast as well. Starting your day off with a delicious meal and locally roasted coffee is important to us.

We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

All the best,

Noelle Wallace

We stayed here our last night in New Mexico to catch an early flight out. FABULOUS service and very helpful staff that enjoyed their job and truly new the meaning of good customer service. The breakfast didn't open until 7:30 and we had an 8:00 flight, they offered to fix us a snack/ breakfast bag to go. We loved the bar on the roof and the girls in there helped us find the perfect dinner spot. Loved the stay and hope to return one day.

Stayed here overnight before a flight home. Location was convenient both to the airport and to most of the sites in Albuquerque but the area is not very conducive to walking around, especially at night. Aside from that, the hotel itself was spectacular. Lobby was gorgeous, rooms were clean and modern. I think some other reviewers may have found them too small but I thought the size was fine. Would stay here again.

Just stayed with my sisters here for two nights, in two of the King rooms. Nicely appointed, comfy beds, historical inn as it used to be an asylum. It's really updated beautifully but still has its own unique flavor. The outdoor areas, especially the rooftop and lower walled patio are very nice. Breakfast very good. The Apothecary Lounge on the 4th floor opens to a rooftop terrace and the view of the lights in the valley at night is gorgeous. The younger set likes to put on their party dresses and head here. They serve small plates and tapas. The staff is very helpful and friendly also. You'd be crazy not to stay here. (Sorry!)

Room Tip: The Standard Diner is a couple blocks away, creative menu!

I just wanted to say that this hotel far exceeds the level of customer service I was expecting, or have ever experienced in any of my travels by about one hundred percent. Extremely personable, friendly and helpful staff made our stay nothing but pampered and enjoyable. A smaller hotel, the staff was able to get to know our group personally, as well as give us suggestions on how to enjoy our free time in the city. Our group did not have a car, but the Hotel's Complimentary Shuttle Service allowed us to affordably travel to and from our conference daily without having spare the expense on twice-a-day taxis. All facilities were clean and easily accessible, and the rooftop lounge and jacuzzi really hit the spot after a long day. Thank you, Hotel Parq Central for making our stay in Albuquerque so amazing, and if I ever can, I will try my hardest to make it back again!

Special shout-outs to Michael, Leah, Gabe (And Molly!) and everyone else whose names elude me right now who were just a few of the wonderful staff members who worked with us this weekend!

Our staff truly loves making each guest feel at home and assisting in making the most of each guest's visit to our city.
