“Great place for the price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 January 2012

As everyone says, the staff is great and very helpful. I was in room 110 and it was quiet and clean. For $36.50, I had a room in great location with excellent Wi Fi. Breakfast came with the room and included waffles and cereal.

I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 110 was a single bed room, but quiete and clean.

Beer bottles under the bed, bugs in the shower, cigarette burns on the sheets. Called to request a refund and was not offered anything. Stay away!

when i stayed there, there were very few other guests so the motel was quiet. the check-in clerks were always effecient and helpful. the hallways and rooms reminded me of a 1950s las vegas old-style motel: old but clean. the furniture in the room was quite old and needed to be cleaned, but the carpet and walls were clean. the room was large. some towels were nice, others were tattered with holes in them.
the motel is 3 stories and has an elevator. there is in-room coffee, and for $5 more per day you can get a room with a fridge and microwave. there's a microwave in the lobby for use.
breakfast included a waffle, fruit loops and bread for toasting.
overall, for the price it was an ok, clean place to stay. very near both I-40 and I-15 and downtown.

Booked the Travelodge midtown in Albuquerque NM through Priceline. Big mistake completely. Employees were friendly. Public areas were not very clean, we could not go barefoot in our room as the carpets were so dirty. Pulled the comforter off the bed immediately (instead of folding it away as we normally do), as it was so dirty and stained. Priceline had advertised this property as 2.5 stars and $42.(what we paid) per night. I just looked and now it is a $30 per night and 1 star........Less than 5 days later. FYI we booked priceline and had to pay up front so we stayed at this motel when we would not have if we had not already paid.
I don't have a problem with a budget motel and few if any services on occasion. This was one of those times but even my lack of expectations was not met.
