well need update

Hotel needs a much needed update from a throrough cleaning and painting, interior lighting, exterior updates. A prime candidate for Hotel Impossible. My pet peeve is the mixing of warm white and cool white lighting in the corridors. There are at least five different Wi-Fi routers, all of which frequently cut out, forcing signing in again and enduring a thirty second Duracell commercial every time.

We needed a place for 6 (2 adults 4 kids). 67 bucks plus tax. The place is in a sketchy part of town. Nothing open store wise at 1130 at night. The clerk couldn't tell me where an open store was. Bathroom is horrible. Could hear the train at night. Horrible beds. Fridge did not get cold. Horrible horrible horrible. Never again. Room 208.

We are Always Greeted with a smile, also they provide easy check in and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
Good hot breakfast.
Goldie goes above and beyond customer service Her employee, Ariel is so friendly and always remembers us when we arrive.
They both share knowledgeable information of the city, assisting us as to where to go and what to do in Albuquerque.

Room Tip: Either side, East or West, you will have a beautiful sunrise or sunset!

This property is getting a bit dated, but it is clean and the location is great. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Parking was a bit tight because hotel was full. There are several hotels nearby, all convenient to the airport.

Room Tip: Get away from the road, the rooms toward the front get a good deal of road noise.

Let me start off by saying I understand this is a budget motel. That being said, of course expectations were not high. Staff was pleasant at check in. Our room was in need of some major work ( 317) one wall along the window was drooping from leaks, it looked terrible, also areas in bathrooms near the floor need repair. Dirty carpet, dirty ceiling fan, fridge not working. Now this is that part that is the most bothersome. One of the beds had dirty sheets ( stains, dirty fingerprints ) and the sofa sleeper had no bedding and an old water bottle folded up in it. I called for sheets which were promptly brought up, but those had stains and a large tear. On check out i did mention the sheets and sofa sleeper, no offer for a discount, just the sorry blah blah blah. Not much quality in this Quality Inn.
