As the title states Guacamole Greatness. This restaurant came to us as a referral for the table side made guacamole, and honestly it was excellent. Michael did a great job answering our questions too. From ingredients to signature dish. So, with that I decided on Mole Poblano and my wife the Torta con pollo y mole. The Mole Poblano had the perfect blend of cinnamon and coriander to work your palate into a sublime state. My wife's Torta was equal in flavor to my Mole and the fresh bread made in house accented a great sandwich. Our meal came with rice and black beans. The rice was rice, but paired with the black beans is pure genius. The black beans do not come in a dish swimming in liquid, oh no, they are mashed and blended into a paste perfectly seasoned with cumin and coriander.
