I normally don't rate chain restaurants very highly as, well, they are chain restaurants and sort of cookie-cutter bleh. However, Texas de Brazil deserves a nod as it prepares the Brazilian barbecued meats to perfection. All of the gauchos serving the meats were friendly, attentive and patiently came around as many times as we asked.
The salad bar was good as well, offering some interesting vegetable options. It also included some fish and rice dishes.
The place is pricey, but worth it if you have never eaten at a traditional Brazilian BBQ house.
