We rented this condo through the owner, it was an easy process to arrange and we were extremely happy with the property. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful, the lower pool was quiet and the amenities surrounding it ie the fridges and ice machine were useful, also located very near the beach. We would highly recommend this complex for families.

My husband, 13-year old son & I spent 17 blissful days at Elua Village (Unit 701) this past spring, and we are already talking about our return visit. Unit 701 was everything we expected and more. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed (we lacked for nothing, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and toys), and it was oh so perfectly perched. We loved our ocean front view, our evening barbeques on the lanai, and being just a hop, skip and a jump away from the beach and pool. Within a minute, we were at the ocean's edge enjoying the warm waters, playing in the waves and taking in the colourful underworld (the snorkelling was just fabulous)! We also enjoyed the peaceful pace of life that Elua Village offered, such a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of some of the high end resorts. We also appreciated the top notch service and warm hospitality the owner, Randy, extended to us along the way, from the time we made our reservation until the time we checked out. It was first class all the way. My family and I, who can be picky at times, loved everything about our stay in Elua Village and we are so happy that we made unit 701 our destination choice.

My husband and I have stayed at #1004 a few times. We have found that nothing compares to this place. It has all the amenities that you would need. It is ocean front. It can sleep 6-8 people. And the sunsets are magnificent....night after night!! It has been just recently redecorated. The bed that we slept in was comfy and no one else that was travelling with us complained about their beds. Two pools one of them ocean front, hot tub, tennis courts, putting greens and the ocean right off your front lanai!

We've been to the Wailea area numerous times and always stayed at a hotel (Marriott, Grand Wailea, Four Seasons). We thought we'd try a condo this time, and we're really glad we did. While it didn't have some of the in house ammenities of a resort (room service, help with luggage, etc), it had others (pool, workout room, concierge). We were in unit 1802 (considered ocean front, but it was a little ways back from the ocean), a one bed/2 bath unit. The place was very nice and in very good condition. Parking was right in front of the unit, which was much more convenient than the resorts. We were still able to use the conveniences of the nearby resorts like the spas and restaurants just fine. The room was very large and nicely laid out. We agree that the clientele was a little older, but that made it a little more quiet, which we liked. One downside is that because the units are so open, if the unit belows you smokes on their patio or keeps the TV on too long, it will affect you too. If you're going to stay here, try to get one of the ocean front units - the views are incredible.

We stayed at two different condos at this location, both were beachfront and were ideal as far as location! We were within steps of the beach and pool! We went walking everyday as well as visited the Shops at Wailea. We even enjoyed music one evening at the shops. We would not have even left the area except for groceries. My advice would be to really ask about the furnishings of the condo, we had two different experiences! One condo exceeded our expectations and one was lacking. We have been to Maui many times and have always stayed at Kaanapali or Kapalua-we will definitely choose Wailea in the future!
