“very yummy”
Reviewed 23 April 2012

I think they just renovated this restaurant and it's very nice! We were honeymooning and the Fairmont gave us a coupon for a free bottle of wine and free desserts, which was great. We both loved our food and enjoyed the dinner. Only gave it 4 stars because it was pricey!

“superb island cuisine”
Reviewed 4 April 2012

the lunch and dinner menus are made from island-grown fare and are innovative in their preparation and presentation; modest beer selection and good wine selection

“Beautiful renovated restaurant, mediocre food”
Reviewed 3 April 2012

We heard about the recent re-opening of this restaurant at the Fairmont after renovations and were keen to try it. We were disapointed from the start with a very bland bread tray (rice crackers and poi infused bread), calamari that was overdone and aioli that was flavorless. The korean chicken appetizer was like rubber and it tasted like it was fried in the same oil as their fish dishes. For our entres we had a macadamia nut crusted butter fish and a grilled butter fish with a lemon sauce, both of which were nice but the portions and accompaniaments were small and we were still hungry when we left.
