Visited the hotel as part of a Wowcher deal - we don't live very far away but fancied a short break away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! - we had a spacious double room overlooking the dry ski slope, which was warm and very comfortable. Very quiet overnight.

We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent - waiting staff were attentive and courteous and the meal and wine were really good.

Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and nicely cooked.

All in all - we really enjoyed our break and wish it could have been for longer.

Invited to a ruby weeding function at the lodge recently and although local to the area didn't know the place existed.

Approx 70 guests sat down for a 3 course meal, ably served by the staff without to much of a wait. The location was very good, although parking could be somewhat tight, but with views over the local countryside would make this a perfect location on a summers day.

The food was good, Great starters with generous portions, then came the mains, the beef was lovely, very tender and just fell of the fork.

I had the cheese board to finish off with, which had quite a nice selection of biscuits and cheeses.

One to consider if you are thinking of a good location with nice food.

What a lovely find! So glad we did not overlook this place. While it could do with a little general upgrading, overall the hotel was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. The breakfast was amongst the best I have had anywhere. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay long enough to try an evening meal, maybe next time? A little gem - we will certainly be back!

Room Tip: Due to the location, I would imagine all rooms are quiet.

Stayed on Saturday night on a wowcher deal. Place tucked away up a country lane. Hotel staff were friendly, family run. Rooms were nicely furnished with tea making facilities and large TV. Our room overlooked the dry ski slope which was a nice view, We had dinner in the hotel that evening "valentine menu". This was okay, a little over priced but saved us going out looking in the dark for somewhere to eat. Had a nice relaxing bar to sit in the evening. Breakfast the next morning was nice. Overall had a nice stay.

Just spent three nights at Lyncombe Lodge Hotel. Its an excellent hotel in a beautiful wooded area. And right next to a dry ski school, which was brilliant to watch at night.
Our room was lovely with everything you need. Breakfast was very good, you wouldn't get better anywhere.
We chose to eat in the restaurant all three nights. The food was excellent. Some people have commented that it was expensive but we thought it was worth every penny, it was so good!
The staff are a lovely group of people and the made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and we will highly recommend it to other tourists.
Thanks to everyone for a fabulous three night stay!

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet as hotel is in the woods
