Spent 2 weeks here hotel was very clean entertainment staff were brilliant even though it was near end of season food was a bit repetitive and was only warm at times. always plenty to eat and even had midnight soups. Drinks were plentiful and no short measures beer was efes and served in good sized glasses. Town was near by and within walking distance or very cheap taxi

Such a fantastic hotel! And atmosphere! We went when the season was coming to an end but the Reps (Ahmet/Carrie) were Brilliant! Gachet, gizmo and DeDe made the experience amazing! So friendly and kind!! They defiantly made it feel like an in season holiday and took myself and my sister under their wigs to ensure we had the best holiday ever! Just want to say a massive thankyou for all the support! ❤️

This review is unbiased...
Spent 6 days in Oct 2018 and I was a little disappointed- reasons are-:
Hotel was a little tired in places, carpet runners had lifted / cracked tiling/ around the pool looked grotty and needed jet washing.
Staff- mostly very friendly and helpful especially amet the tui rep. The receptionist on occasions was a bit short when questions were asked but that could be down to language barriers.
Bedrooms /bathrooms were clean and well maintained no fault at all but balcony was really small but that was because we were in attic room
Food wise - people were moaning about quality of the food but we you d something to eat all the time, although the snacks were lacking at times but it was getting towards end of season...
Entertainment was lacking to be honest, some nights non existent I think this was again down to end of season..
Pool was clean and ice cold but was lovely although parts around pool could do with jet washing.

We had an attic room with the sloping ceiling. Not so good if you are tall. It looked onto reception so we didn't ask to change it as this was nice and quiet compared to the ones facing the pool.
Daily cleaning was very poor. Toilet only cleaned once during our stay. Shower not at all!! Bed changed also only once. Not a big issue as luckily it was spotless to start with so we kept it clean ourselves. Free fridge with daily water, Air con and safe were a nice bonus though.

Bar drinks Ok. Ran out of whisky but Original Baileys was a nice Bonus.

Food was a little hit and miss. Budget All Inclusive Hotel so we expected to eat out sometimes. Breakfast Omelettes lovely but you had to wake to chef up some mornings if you were there first thing. lol
Lunchtime was the same every day. They seemed to fill the hotplates at 12.30 and didn't want to refill them at all.
Evening was the hit and miss part, Some evenings superb other not so. Waiters good.

Entertainment worked VERY hard. Mention to Gizmo and Didi in perticular.

20mins walk to town witch we did most days.

Room tip: First or second floor facing mountains

This was my First time at the Aes Hotel, and I would definitely go again. The Entertainment and Especially the Bar Staff ( Kadash in particular ) worked their socks off and were always so cheerful. Had a great evening with the entertainment staff at the Night Club. Picked up from the Hotel and brought back all arranged by the staff. Young Kadash behind the Bar every night on her own deserved a Medal she was Brilliant and always smiling. I hope the Management appreciate all the effort their staff put into such long days ,it was then that made my stay at Aes so enhoyable. Asked to change our room upon arrival and we were immediately transferred without any problems. The restaurant staff were very attentive and always offering cold water with every meal. Had plenty of different choices of freshly cooked fish and chicken dishes, absolutely loved the Liver and the morning omlettes. Hope to see you all again in the near future. Keith

Room tip: First of Second Floors where the best
