Description: Enjoy a relaxed meal in an old finca surrounded by trees and a vegetable garden where we grow our own biological vegetables, that we will serve on your table. On the grill we prepare the best meat cuts and in our oven we prepare local delicacies. We encourage the "slow food movement". Come and enjoy the experience!

We were the only people for lunch when we arrived but man, what an experience. Rustic, honest food. Great artichokes from the plancha, rabbit in sauce with olives and some phenomenal ribs. Never seen my daughter finish a meat dish, and she slapped my hand away when I tried to grab one of her ribs. Wow. Great experience and definitely coming back

Years of driving passed the huge tomato sign, and saying "we must try this restaurant" Finally we did. My husband and I had a lovely dinner in a cosy quirky restaurant on a wet and windy evening. The decor was of an Indian style, as the owner sells the furiture and has a small shop area. The food was delicious, cooked on the BBQ, all the veg home grown, which is a very rare treat. The service was very friendly. Price for what we had was reasonable. All in all we had a lovely evening and will not be leaving it so long again to visit. Thank you.

A converted finca some distance outside Javea featuring quirky decor, owner deals in Indian furniture and artefacts, with a very pleasant terrace that must be great in the summer. The service was personal though not hugely efficient but the restaurant was not that full, which did not make for a great atmosphere and made the dining room more like a museum than anything else. We went for dinner and while the menu did offer a lot of regional cuisine there was little here really that is not available elsewhere; better prepared and at more reasonable prices.
They grow their own vegetables and herbs which is a good talking point, interesting to discuss with the owner and of course suggests that everything is fresh?
All in all we did not have a bad experience but unfortunately it was nothing special. The food was average, the price to value ratio was not good however the wine selection was good and reasonably priced; the beer overpriced. Whilst we had an enjoyable meal albeit a bit more expensive than the same dishes elsewhere, it was no more than average.
I am not convinced it is worth driving so far out of Javea when there is better available nearer the centre and on that basis I would not recommend a visit, nor would it be high on my list for a return.

Indeed a 'Secreto' We were very nicely surprised to find such a lovely restaurant hidden away. We had a familly lunch outside next to their organic vegetable garden. Not easy for the kitchen as we were 2 Gluten free clients and me being a Vegan. They did an excellent job. We will surely come back with friends and family - will look for a nice occasion as it is not 'the cheapest' place HOWEVER quality food cannot be cheap. So for a great meal out with high level ingrediënts ánd deliciously cooked this is a place you surely have to 'discover'. Oh and the staff is super nice and know their 'etiquette' Highly recommended !

Superb! Go!
You may drive past without realising this is a little gem. Once you're here you'll understand. Excellent service and food. Enticing interior with interesting decor. We were all blown away with the quality of the food (NB menu of the day was GREAT value, starter, main and dessert all very tasty, with good selection for different tastes, and wine incredibly reasonable - and good!) We are looking forward to our next visit here
