Very friendly and popular neighborhood ice cream shop worth the trip because of their amazing variety of unique flavors and just great ice cream. From flavors like salty caramel, vanilla bean and darkest chocolate to sun popped corn, birch and marshmallow, and whiskey and pecans, there are at least two dozen flavor options before you start with the toppings (if you are going for a sundae). We tried a sundae, ice cream cup, and sorbet. The sundae came with a fresh waffle cone cookie and homemade whipped cream (nothing came out of a can or plastic container). I went very boring with the caramel and darkest chocolate topped by the fudge and whipped cream. It was VERY good. We also got the very tangy lemon sorbet which had the flavor of fresh squeezed lemonade.
Several trips past the shop, it was not unusual to see a line out the door, but the ice cream is worth the wait. There are some tables indoors but outside there are also a lot of spaces to sit.
If ratings were in ice cream cones, this would get a six!
