“A true gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 April 2012

A friend and I stayed at this hotel as a stop on a vermont cheese tour/road trip . It was just fantastic. The owners Tory and Barry, are wonderful, soulful and most welcoming people, and the Inn is truly charming and beautifully done with each room uniquely and tastefully decorated. More importantly, the experience is so unique. It really did not feel that we were staying at an "Inn" but rather like we were staying at our friends' home. Great encounters , conversations and overall feel. Thumbs up to Farmhouse Inn at Robinson Farm. If you want to see and feel New England, these are the kind of places you should stay at.

Room Tip: You may want to us with rooms not facing the road...but really the traffic at night is not so bad...

We had a wonderful stay last weekend at the Farmhouse Inn. The lodging was great, the breakfast was amazing, and we will definitely return.

We stayed 4 nights at the Farmhouse Inn and truly enjoyed talking with Tory and Barry (Inn Keepers) each morning and evening. They went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful vacation! Tory made a to-die-for breakfast each morning that would hold you over until dinner. The rooms at the Farmhouse are beautifully decorated and we all truly appreciated the steps they take to operate in an environmental sustainable manner. We loved the tour of the barn and of the other buildings on the property. I hope to return during warmer weather and catch an outdoor movie at the barn.

Tory - I guess we didn't win the snowboard :)

Thanks Farmhouse Inn for a wonderful vacation!

I decided to take my husband skiing over the New Year’s Eve weekend for the first time and he let me take care of all the arrangements. With no exaggeration the Farmhouse Inn exceeded all of our expectations. Being this was our first bed and breakfast, Farmhouse Inn set the bar really high. We felt home from the moment we walked in. The room and bed was warm and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with local, organic ingredients. But, most importantly how attentive, accommodating , friendly and caring Barry and Tory were. From sharing a bottle of wine with us to showing us around the house and the barn, we felt really connected to the family and the house. Also, a wide variety or board games and great books around the house with a couple of fine guitar in the hang out room. Thank you so much for a truly unforgettable weekend!!!

P.S. Barry, David is looking forward to jamming on a few tunes on our next visit!

I was working in the area and my girlfriend was flying in to spend New Years with me. I have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to propose and needed to find the perfect place. The Farmhouse Inn could not have been any better. We stayed for 2 nights over New Years and have made a memory we will never forget. Tory and Barry were wonderful hosts, fabulous chefs and now friends. We awoke to one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. Farm fresh eggs, fresh blueberry cobbler, homegrown potatoes and local sausage started our first morning as an engaged couple off on the right foot. They took us on a tour of the beautiful farm and we were able to meet the hens that had provided the fresh, fluffy eggs. I really can't say enough about the whole weekend but strongly recommend making the trip out and spending some time with some wonderful people. My (now) fiancé and I have already decided that the Inn will forever be our touchstone. When things get hectic and crazy we will make the trip and get back to what really matters. Making memories and enjoying the simple things in life. Thank you, Tory and Barry for helping us make a memory we will never forget.
