The food was superb! Our server, Katlynn, was so sweet! My husband and I ordered the watermelon salad. I topped mine with grilled chicken (scrumptious); husband topped his with bacon. My husband also order the fried green tomato sandwich. That was one of the best, most eclectic meals I've had in a long time. There was a steady stream of patrons and I see why. Ample parking is available. I definitely recommend it. They also do parties!

Convenient location on Broad with plenty of outdoor seating. Friendly place, but not too loud. Had 3 generations in tow, and some picky eaters, but everyone came away happy. Good choice of southern classics with a farm to table spin. Good house cocktails and beer and wine. Big winners were the shrimp and grits, grilled watermelon salad and tomato pies. Could have ordered 3 different ways and been happy. Friendly attentive staff made for a great evening out.

I took my mom here for mothers day earlier this year and we both had some delicious food. The waiters and waitresses are extremely polite and made sure this mother's day dinner was perfect. We loved their pimento cheese!

Three of us visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. Go early - it's a popular place. Our service was great. The server knew the menu really well and was attentive but not all over us. They were having Happy Hour when we arrived and the house wine was $4 a glass. We had the red - it was quite good. We each ordered something different - the crab cake sandwich with a side of okra, corn and black eyed peas; the Savory burger with a side of honey kale and the panzanella salad and clam chowder. All was divine. We finished with a slice of lemon chess pie and as I am from a Southern family who frequently made lemon chess pie, I must say it was authentic and perfect -lemony, not too sweet, tender crust.
