This place was still packed doing brisk business on a Sunday evening about 2 hours before close. Fresh sandwiches were still being made and brought out.

Tried the pumpkin spice affogato (new menu item for the season) and the classic affogato. Prefer the classic as the pumpkin spice flavoring just overwhelmed.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Seattle

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Seattle
There are 6 Starbucks roasting and coffee workshops in the world, located in New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Paris, Shanghai, China, and Tokyo, Japan. The largest one is in Chicago, Seattle.
The Seattle Roasting and Coffee Founding Workshop has only the first floor. It has a large area and a good atmosphere and style. Buy a cup of coffee and find a seat. The busy day is nothing. It is worth a visit. The only drawback is that it is not easy to find a parking space, and it is a bit far away from the city center, but it is worth walking for 20 to 30 minutes to stop here.

Highly recommend stopping here on your trip to Seattle! It's worth the wait in line for some great coffee.
We loved our coffees - toffeenut bianco latte and dark chocolate mocha.

I made a Skip the Line reservation for my daughter's 30th birthday. It costs $35 but its worth it! Lauren was our server and she treated us like VIP's! My daughter, husband and I are coffee lovers and we practically ordered one of everything off the menu, including alcohol.

The other great thing about this location was the roastery of course. One of their team members caught my attention and let me know that the fresh roasted beans were coming out in 40 seconds. I grabbed my daughter and grandbaby and we were able to watch (and smell) the whole experience up close and ask a lot of questions.

I loved it here so much, I would definitely go back and now want to visit other roastery locations.

Starbucks reserve is pretty cool; coffee, alcohol and food. Very spacious several different areas to order different types of food.
Parking was hard to find. Had a little walk; but worth it.
