西雅圖烘焙咖啡創始工坊，只有一樓，面積很大，氣氛還是風格都不錯，買一杯咖啡，找個座位，一天的忙碌，都不算什麼，是值得到此一遊。唯一缺點不容易找到停車位，也離市中心，有些距離，不過為到此停留，採用步行20 ～30分鐘也值得。
