Il Bistro has been ensconced in the Pike Place Market of Seattle for decades now. While it isn't spectacular, it is serviceable. The room is one of the great selling points, with a feel that is quite unique and inviting. The menu is well thought out, but the dishes are a bit tired and the place feels a bit like its time has passed. Perhaps it's time for some new energy in ownership/management/chef?
