Had a corner room at the Grand Hyatt. So close to everything. One block from the monorail to the Space Needle, six blocks to Pike Street Market, one block to a pick-up for the Ducks, movie theatres, restaurants and shopping galore withing a block or two. Lovely room with a water view (between buildings). Beautifully appointed and clean. Quiet as well; surprising given the location. Loved, loved, loved it!

We stayed a June weekend in Seattle and highly enjoyed our stay. The staff and hotel quality was wonderful. We would certainly return! The doorman was very helpful in making restaurant recommendations, the concierge staff helpful in storing bags when we arrived early, the business center was very nice to have for printing boarding passes, and it was nice to have a Starbucks attached from inside access to the hotel.

Love the hotel and the people. Just way too expensive for a place to stay in downtown Seattle. Could not recommend it unless you just have money to burn at $600 a night. I’ve been a Hyatt person for decades but those prices are more for grand resorts on the ocean not just another really nice hotel in a big city

Great hotel with all the right fundamentals— solid furniture, clean rooms, comfortable beds, abundant pillows with a spectrum of firmness. The service was fantastic. They upgraded us to a suite which had plenty of space for my family.

We stayed two nights at Grand Hyatt Seattle.
When we checked in, the front desk people was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very spacious and yet very quiet.
We got the city view room, but the highway noise was a little bothersome for my husband who is a light sleeper.(Did not bother me at all)
However, the room was very comfortable, very large modern bathroom with all good amenities.

The location was also wonderful, there were a lot of restaurants and shopping area near by, walking distance to Pike Place Market.

And yes, I recommend this hotel to my friend and family.
