We chose the Grand Hyatt for our 1 night (pre Alaskan cruise) stay. We upgraded the day before arrival to a corner suite on the 25th floor which was an awesome view. It’s U shaped and basically 2 rooms. the office/tv room when you first walk in then the bathroom entrance with the closet across from the bathroom. The bedroom
is on the opposite side of the bathroom with another TV and dresser. The bathroom was all marble and glass with a separate shower and tub with waterfall faucet that fills quickly. There was plenty of space for 2. The couch was a pull out couch too if you need another bed and a couple sitting chairs with a desk, desk chair and mini fridge too.
We walked to lunch at P.f. Chang a couple blocks away then to Pike Place Market. There are a lot of walkable options for dining. Pike Place was around 10 minutes to walk. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse and Starbucks on the first floor.
We used Lyft to get from the airport to the hotel - around 30 min and $30. It was about 15 min from the hotel to Pier 91 cruise terminal.
The price wasn’t cheap but all similar options were more expensive and not a better value in my eyes. There was nothing about our stay that would deter us from staying here again.More
