This was worth the $ because we had been walking 20,000 plus steps everyday and we were staying in Pioneer Square. Easy to get on and off and clean.
This monorail pretty much goes between the two main tourist attractions in Seattle. Seattle Center and Pike Place Market. We used it a couple of times and enjoyed both times!
Nothing Special, i rode on it only to reach Seattle Needle while holding my parking space near the pike place market. Its a short 2 minute ride. It was nearly empty during my return trip and I was sitting beside the driver/pilot and he also explained me on how the thing works from his perspective.
It was little tricky to reach the boarding point at "Westlake Center Mall" as the markers were not proper.I was not the only one who was confused so i felt it was indeed the route markers.
There are so many things to see around here. Favorite being Chihuly Garden and Garden. There is a combo ticket with the Space Needle which i consider expensive.
Seattle center with the monorail is an interesting form of transportation we used to get to several museums. The ride is short but the novelty of it makes it worth the fee.
