“A Very Good Choice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 June 2012

Located just 10 minutes from all of the main shopping and dining areas of the city, easy access to and from the Interstate 5. Standard guest rooms, super comfortable. Features include a small fridge and opening windows. Amazing shower pressure, everything immaculate and clean. Super quick room service, Starbucks in the lobby, a small convinience store and an excellent breakfast buffet with outstanding staff. All staff that i dealt with were warm and friendly and i will happily stay here again. Only gripes were noise related, walls and door are too thin and do not absorb any extraneous noise, was woken up early this. That was a very good stay.

Room Tip: Away from the elevators and towards the end of the corridors, either side of hotel has nice views.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights to take in a couple of Mariners games and do some shopping. As a Marriott platinum member our room was upgraded and we also got access to the club lounge on the 26th floor. The room - was fabulous, clean, spacious with comfortable beds, mini frig and great bath amenities. Club lounge where we had our breakfast and happy hour daily had a nice selection of food and drinks and wonderful views of the city. non-alcoholic drinks were free an although you paid for alcohol it was a one-time small charge and refillable after that. Snacks that came with it happy hour were heavy horsdervous that if you are a light eater can fill you up so no need for dinner. Only draw back to this hotel is the cost of parking is steep @ $30 night but I suspect that is normal for hotels in the city. Would we stay here again...definately YES.

Room Tip: because this hotel is just off the freeway ask for a room on a high floor facing the space needle it...

This hotel being part of the Marriott properties as always is one to count on. We enjoy these properties over most, you can always count on great service, cleanliness, comfortable beds, great linens etc. This was formally a fabulous Westin property which is also a great chain. I used to stay here often on business when it was The Westin and have great memories of this location.

Room Tip: Be prepared to pay $30.00 for parking in their underground parking. We were only there one night an...

We stayed here back in March for a quick anniversary trip to Seattle. The staff was fantastic and surprised us with some local Washington wine for our anniversary. The bar and restaurant here also provides a great view of the city.

Always stay here during my trips to Seattle (about twice a year). I've been a Marriott Platinum member for 4 years now. They almost always upgrade me to a corner suite. Rachel at the front desk was very nice. Although did not get the upgrade this time due to availability, she provided breakfast vouchers for the week-end. During Memorial Day, Chuck from the front desk sent up some cheesecake becuase the lounge was closed & I told him I had a sweet tooth. Getting this upgrade, although received very often here for me, is quite difficult at several other Marriott's I normally stay at. So a very big thank you to the Renaissance Seattle staff! You will always have a repeat customer here.
