Away from the hubbub of the cruise ship invasion this is a well appointed, comfortable haven. Our room was large with a comfy bed. The common lounge area was also very comfortable and welcoming. There were bookshelves with good reading material and info on the area. A good continental breakfast is included. Olivia, the young live in hostess was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. My only quibble was the BBQ facility which we were allowed to use but did not work - maybe no gas or poor maintenance but not helpful when you have bought lovely fresh fish to cook and can't.

Room tip: They all seem good, most have a balcony so ask for one of those.

Stayed her two nights this week. Nice place. A good location a few blocks away from the hustle of the cruise ship passengers on the main street. Quiet. Nice size room. Good bed. Shower OK. Breakfast was fresh and well presented. Olivia, the person that seems to do everything from making breakfast (buffet style), checking us in, taking payment when you leave, etc. She was professional and very pleasant and added a lot to our stay. This is not the sort of B and B with individual home cooked breakfasts, but the fruit, cereal, fresh bread, yogurt, etc on the counter was plenty. Maybe some blocks from the train station, but the shuttle stops right in front if a walk is not for you. Personally, I would choose the walk as the train is mostly sitting.

This is a great place for families or groups. We rented the entire place for four days and it was great. There is a nice common space for playing games and relaxing. Olivia was a great hostess and our breakfast had a nice selection. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this B&B.

Our room was a nice size with very nice furniture. We had plenty of room for our 2 large suitcases and 2 large carryon's and could unpack as we needed. Breakfast was quite a variety of choices and Olivia was a super Breakfast Chef! Often, we were greeted when we arrived or left the B&B which was really helpful when we needed information or directions. The smart bus in Skagway was so easy and reasonable-- we did not need to rent a car. Almost everything was walking distance from the Mile Zero.

Room tip: There are 7 rooms- of different sizes/bed types. The B&B is located on a quiet street-- so no noise problems while sleeping.

It's hard to not have a great location in the tiny town of Skagway. You couldn't ask for a more charming place than Mile Zero. The rooms are cozy the house is cute. Highly satisfied with this place! They do have strict rules and seem pretty vigilant about it, but that's fine with me.

Breakfast was a little bit lacking, but I remember we leave for daily activities usually very early and we may have left too early for the full breakfast. Otherwise totally recommend this place, they were great and cozy!
