Our driver from the ship to the site was Ben he was entertaining the whole way. Very funny and stories that had you guessing if they were real or a joke. Once onsite we were taken into small groups onto the course. Even though I am scared of heights and have been ziplining before it is still very difficult. Our guides were Lego and Christian. With their relaxed attitudes and attention to each and every one of us in our group, it helped put me at ease and I was able to run off of a cliff and put my feet up and hang upside down. Very cool ......especially with my fear! 11 lines total and very entertaining and fun the whole way. This is a must for Zip lining folks

The driver from the ship to the site was pleasant and entertained with trivia about the area. There is a short walk from the bus to the staging area. at the staging area you board a Mercedes truck to drive to the start of the zipline course. The ride is a bit bumpy but the scenery is outstanding. The guides assist you with donning the gear and explain safety rules. The zip runs are exhilarating and the views are outstanding. There are 2 suspension bridges to walk across which are not too challenging. the guides are so helpful and fun to chat with. Well worth the money Guides Courtney and Colton were outstanding

Wow! Wow! Wow! First let me say The driver in from the ship, the guides, the view, the safety concerns, the fun, all other staff members, the cleanliness and coolness of the base camp, the customer service and of course the zip lining itself were all worth every single penny! We had an early morning run early in the season. Our driver Tom drove us in and had all kinds of good stories about Skagway as you take the 20 minute drive thru town to the base camp. There you meet with a driver that takes you up the hill in a beast of a truck to meet your guides and get your rig on. On our run there was just the two of us, our two main guides, four other guides and another guide in training. So basically we were along for the ride. They showed us how to spin, go upside down and to do the backwards "trust fall". It was all great fun the whole time and they all had safety #1 so have no fears just go for it! There was a total of 11 zip lines that zipped through the forest and over grizzly falls and several fast moving water streams that we got to taste first hand at the end of the trip. This was our first time and I can say it wont be our last as we hope to revisit the Grizzly Falls Zip lining tour again someday. If your on Princess cruises look for them on the Excursions page and call up if you have any questions in advance like we did they are happy to answer any calls. This really is a big organization not a fly by night group. BTW dont forget to do the Salmon call/dance blub blub blub on the last run.
