Easy to get to at the bottom of the main beginners blue run just by the 6 man chairlift. Good food - large portions - and nice terrace outside

We visited Zirbenalm for the Thursday hut evening, you can order food off the menu, and Schweinhaxe is available to pre order. 3 of us had the Schweinhaxe which is enormous and comes with ribs, tyrolean dumpling, potatoes and sauerkraut. The food was amazing, there was so much of it we asked for a container to take back to the apartment!

There’s a good variety of vegetarian options.

The band was very good, great entertainment and had us all dancing on our benches!

It’s a great place to visit day or night and is a good meeting point for drink or two. It’s very traditional and the decor is nice.

Probably not the best ski until you’ve found you’re ski legs! But worth it for great food in a nice spot. Access on foot via the winter walk way from town and opposite a lovely woodland walk too - good option for skiers and non skiers to meet up for lunch

Stopped for morning coffee and then again for lunch on a snowy day on January. Inside was quite crowded but we managed to share a large table with other diners. We had the Austrian meats and cheeses for two. It was enormous and would have fed four for lunch. All the dishes I saw come out looked nice and generous sizes. Recommend for lunch
