An excellent hotel! Great hospitality, great food and great room and facilities.
The hosts were very friendly and wellcomed us in the middle of the night. The room is very nice with plenty of room, very clean and nice to go back to after a long ski day.
The food is absolutely excellent, breakfast and dinner. We will definitly go back!.

We really liked this place, the after ski soup and cake always had us down off the mountain in time, and the evening food was really good too. very friendly staff, easy to walk into the town in the evening, good ski storage, and convenient car parking

I was here for a week skiing with my family during Christmas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The food was really delicious!! Myself and my sisters are coeliacs and the staff did an amazing job attending to our dietary requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Mayerhofen.

We've just returned from at succesfull week-end trip to Zillertal.
We booked 2 rooms for two nights and got very nice rooms next to each other - Balconys could be connected.
Breakfast is good - Bacon, scrambled eggs, various meats, breads, cereals, coffee, juice etc.
Wifi is possible - we payed 7€ per room for 3 days.
Dinner is also nice. We ordered from the card and got nice schnitzel's - have seen them bigger before - but it was good
In the basement a huge ski room and a very nice wellness area is situated.
Steambath, normal sauna and IR sauna - and access to a nice relaxing area
Ski bus stops 30 m from the hotel and brings you to Horberg Lift in 5 minutes.
Taxi to Mayrhofen center is 10€
Very nice owners and staff ! Will definitely return

Our trip was for the Snowbombing music festival which provides hotel accommodation, ski lifts passes and equipment hire.

The hotel, it's owners, staff and food were first class.

Although the hotel was on the outskirts of Mayrhofen, there was a bus stop at the bottom of the path and taxis to the town centre were readily available. There are 3 main ski lifts in Mayrhofen and this hotel was about a €10 taxi drive from the closest one and €12/€14 to the others which are situated nearer the town centre. The cost seemed to vary with the mood of the taxi driver.

The hotel itself offers a sauna and steam room in the basement along with a large secure interior equipment storage facility with ski boot and ski racks.

The hotel rooms were excellent and several of them have small balconies with stunning views of the called leading to Mayrhofen town. They have plenty of storage facility, and bright, clean bathrooms with showers.

The restaurant was large and also had outside seating for warmer days. The inclusive breakfast offered full continental and hot breakfast, including cereals, fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries, breads, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs and free flowing coffee and tea.

There were lunch specials every day along with a really good menu including a variety of excellent steaks.

The staff were really nice and they could not do enough for us (although it is easy to confuse Anna Marie with Stephanie), this was the same with reception staff, restaurant staff and the management.

I cannot speak highly enough of them and the hotel and would recommend it to all ages and holiday types (as they have a lift too).
