Myself and 2 friends stayed here for a weeks skiing in Jan 2017.
The hotel itself is very well presented and is kept in excellent order from the ever helpful staff.
The room we had was meant for 2 but they put in a temporary bed and the whole room was more than ample for our needs with the whole room being cleaned daily. There was always enough hot water and plenty of storage space for all our gear.
The pool, sauna and steam room in the roof came as a very surprise at the end of a very arduous day in the slopes and again, the staff could not be more helpful. The pool and hot tub were kept at a very warm temperature and always impeccably clean.
We booked half board and the breakfast consisted of the usual continental buffet along with the addition of bacon, sausage and eggs and it was almost always topped up when running low. Dinner was a choice of salad from the salad bar, starter, soup, a choice of meat, fish or vegetarian option for the main (that you choose in the morning at breakfast) and dessert at the end. We all felt well fed at the end and the standard of food was exceptional.
The only negative point from the stay was that some of the clientele were allowed to smoke in and around the bar area, but then this is common in Austria as no one really enforces the smoking ban. It maybe something to think about for young families.
Overall the hotel was excellent and ideally located to all of the local facilities, particularly the main lift and bars and eateries. I would definitely recommend the hotel and stay there again.

Where to start?
Cleaners left our hotel rooms unlocked 2 days running!
Smoking room in downstairs bar area is not sufficiently separated from the rest of the bar, resulting in the whole area smelling of smoke.
The hotel manager is extremely rude. One of our group was confronted by him in an aggressive manner at breakfast for having a baseball cap on the table.
Austrian guests were prioritized over our group (from London) at dinner. We were told that the desserts from the set menu had run out one evening, so we went without, only for the waitress to serve an Austrian party of 12 the same desserts 15 minutes later.
Our reserved table was given to an Austrian party inexplicably one evening, meaning our group had to sit at the bar & wait for them to finish eating, ruining our plans for the evening.
The waiters/waitresses were polite, however had very poor knowledge of Gluten-free requirements of one of our party.
We were told we had to vacate our rooms on leaving day at 10am, despite the Hotel website clearly stating rooms would be available until 11am.
Steam & Sauna rooms very average - not hot enough.
Certainly not a 4* hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Went on a Crystal ski package week Jan 2017.
Bedroom: our room was the most basic of their choice of rooms, was large, comfortable and clean with plenty of storage space and hangers, two chairs and a small table, and a decent hairdryer. Excellent. At the back but that meant it was generally quiet.
Spa facilities:The roof top pool and Jacuzzi are fabulous. Water is lovely and warm and great being able to enter from indoors. Lovely view of the mountains as you bathe. Infra red sauna and steam room can be accessed with bathing costumes by the shy, main sauna not. Comfortable loungers. Guy who runs the spa very helpful.
Eating: Dining room was a bit crammed and pretty charmless, most tables were not set as limited number of people on half board. The dinner ranged from adequate through poor to uneatable. It was also unimaginative and boring, and could only be rated two star at the most, it was also not very well presented. The hotel web site and brochure give lots of touchie feelie pictures of the dining room and food but these must be from previous years. The chairs for example are completely different and we never saw any plates of food like the ones pictured. Wonder if they have lost their chef? Someone filling in?
The breakfast was generally OK but uninspired and the bread and coffee weren't of particularly good quality.
We have stayed in several 3 and 4 star Austrian hotels and the food came nowhere near meeting the usual standards. we have marked them down because of this.
The service was good and friendly though.
Bar/ wine: The bar was very ambient with comfortable sofas, candles, nibbles set out, but generally deserted. Piano player some nights.
The wine list was good value and all the wines we ordered were good.
Ski facilities: We found plenty of room for our skis, a lot of people use the depots at the lifts. The boot dryers were adequate, heated elements but no hot air heating. Chairs to use when putting your boots on.They take skiroom security seriously, you have to present your keycard in the lift to leave, and to get into the lift when entering, and then again to work the lift. This would have been OK if the keycards worked on first presentation but sometimes had to be put in 5 or 6 times before registering.
Location: Good, approx 5/10 minute walk to Penken or can get bus, not sure about bus back because of one way system. Approx 10/15 minute walk to station, but can get bus back easily.

We stayed for 11 nights in Manni's and this was a return visit after an interval of 4 years.
The hotel is still welcoming and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful, it was large and had a very comfortable bed. The room had a balcony and was on the side of the hotel.
We enjoyed a packed lunch every day. The meals were very good and the staff in the restaurant were excellent and very hard working.
The hotel is very conveniently situated for cable cars and the bus and train station.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front would be noisier as they would overlook the main street.
